Rally Actions: Each player can use one of these actions once. In order for it to succeed, half the players who can still rally need to do it at the same time (2 players left with unused rally actions = only 1 player needed to use a power. Round up for odd numbers.). If the rally action fails, you lose your chance.

Rally to Search: Learn target player's role.
Rally to Kill: Kill target player.
